We provide a complete consultancy service which includes the preparation and drafting of Wills, Property Trust Wills, Discretionary Trust Wills and both Lasting Powers of Attorney (financial and health).

The company was formed by Tim Turner as a result of his years of experience. His commitment is to provide clear, consultative advice and ultimately peace of mind for his clients.

He understands from experience how bewildering the prospect of creating documents such as Lasting Power of Attorneys can be and so vows to work to ensure his clients have peace of mind knowing that they have made provision for their own future and for that of their descendants.

Tim possesses a Law Degree, Diploma in Legal Practice and is a member of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives (MCILEx). He is a Fellow of the Institute of Paralegals (F.Inst.Pa) and is a full member of the Institute of Professional WillWriters (MIPW). He has a strong background in the legal sector and in client account management with over 20 years’ experience.

In his spare time he enjoys composing music for piano. He also the author of three maritime books: Titanic Ship of Dreams, The Legacy of the White Star Line and The Legacy of the Cunard Line.
